SlowDelve
Tabletop roleplaying at the pace of a busy life.
SlowDelve is play-by-post fantasy roleplaying on fifth-edition-compatible rules, for people who can't sit down for four hours. Take your turn on your own time — minutes or hours between moves — with a Dungeon Master that's always ready when you are. Real character sheets, real dice, combat that plays by the rules.
How it works
01
Roll up a character
Full fifth-edition character creation — race, class, background, the whole sheet. We do the math; you make the choices.
02
Take your turn whenever
Read what happened, decide what you do, post it. Five minutes on a break or a long think overnight — the table waits for you.
03
The DM is always ready
An AI Dungeon Master narrates the world, runs the monsters, and resolves your turn the moment you submit it. No scheduling, ever.
A turn
The cellar stair ends in ankle-deep black water. A lantern gutters on a hook, and beyond its light something drags itself across the stone.
I lift the lantern and edge toward the sound, dagger ready.
🎲 Stealth check: 8 vs DC 12 — failure
Your boot finds a loose slab. It tips with a crack, and the dragging stops. Two points of green light turn toward you in the dark.
…then you close the tab. An email arrives when the DM has moved.
Play solo, or bring a party
Adventure on your own against the DM, or send friends a link and play as a party of two to six. Take turns in order, or all submit at once and let the DM resolve the round when the last person's in. Nobody has to be online at the same time, and everyone gets a nudge when it's their move.
